We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it with the following shipping methods:

USPS (default), UPS, FedEx.

Rates vary according to region, blanket size, and method of shipping. We make no money on the shipping!

Returns

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it within 15 days of your purchase. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.

Please note that we cannot refund blankets that are ruined by washing incorrectly (dry clean if in doubt how to wash them) nor can we refund the shipping fees.

Care Instructions

The blankets are pre-shrunk: we wash them after they are woven for 15 minutes with only one spin cycle and dry them on a line. The intent is to make the make them machine-washable.

Our blankets can be machine washed, although one should refrain from frequent cleaning (do so perhaps once every 10-15 years). However, when you wash them make sure the wash cycle is very gentle and very short (less than 5 minutes). Use mild wool soap in a small quantity. Also avoid spinning if possible and dry on a line.

If a small part of the blanket is soiled, spot clean the soiled area without washing the entire blanket.
